Here's the challenge: it's five minutes until kick-off. Eden Park. The Wallabies are running onto the field.

You're the coach. Graham Henry is watching it at home on the telly. The team needs your final words to ring in their ears. You turn to the All Blacks and in one short sharp piece of advice you summon up all your rugby wisdom on how to win.

What do you tell them? There is just one catch - you've got just 50 words or less.
