Michael Jones played for both Samoa and the All Blacks.
Rugby great Michael Jones says Samoans around the world have turned their attention towards home as the Pacific nation hosts the All Blacks for the first time.
The world-cup winning All Black will be in Apia for Wednesday's test, watching the two international teams he represented in a glittering international
career.
"I'm just there as a spectator," he told Radio NZ today.
"I just want to be part of the occasion and just be in the crowd. I had the privilege of playing for Samoa at Apia Park. It was a one-off test against the Welsh in 1986."
Jones also coached Manu Samoa after his retirement from playing.
