Tempers boiled over at the Lions' final training session before tonight's final test against the All Blacks with UK reports emerging of 'bust-ups' between players.
The Times reported that tensions came to a simmer at a 'feisty' captain run during the Lions' final run out before tonight's decider.
Lions flanker Sean O'Brien is thought to have been involved as the intensity ramped up, as he and his team-mates prepare for the biggest game of their respective rugby careers.
Lions coach Warren Gatland had banned photographers from the session and admitted it got a bit fiesty.
"We had a pretty tasty session with some verbals," Gatland told the Sun.
"There's been a bit of bite in the squad," Jones told The Times. "There was similarly in the third test in Australia and it's the same with big games with club and country.
"The edge does get a bit sharper between players. That's what you need. We've had it all tour, but it becomes finer and finer as you go along. It's nice to be able to feel that."
