Gatland was always going to name a relatively settled side for the second test after his mid-week players failed to put their hands up at Waikato Stadium. New fullback Patchell will mark Israel Dagg, the Crusaders No15 called into an All Blacks match-day squad for the first time since July last year following coach Steve Hansen's decision to select regular fullback Ben Smith on the left wing in place of Julian Savea.
