More than half of the All Blacks' Tri-Nations rugby squad have been cleared to play for their Air NZ Cup teams this weekend.
Seventeen players can represent their province or, in some cases, a lower team.
Wellington coach Jamie Joseph has already indicated fullback Cory Jane, halfback Piri Weepu
and prop Neemia Tialata won't play for his side against Bay of Plenty in Rotorua on Saturday.
Joseph contends the comings-and-goings of All Blacks is disruptive to his team, meaning the trio will represent Wellington B against Horowhenua Kapiti.
However, All Blacks No 8 Rodney So'oialo is likely to play for Wellington as they have loose forward injury issues.
Luke McAlister will be the first of the All Blacks in action, moving in one spot to first five-eighth for North Harbour's match against Otago in Dunedin tomorrow.
Recovering first five-eighth Daniel Carter will play his third match for Canterbury before joining the New Zealand squad next week ahead of their test against Australia in Sydney on August 22.
Captain Richie McCaw has not been cleared to play while he recovers from a neck niggle sustained in the test loss to South Africa in Bloemfontein two weeks ago.
The All Blacks players were to attend a one-day training camp in Auckland today.
