All Blacks: Muliaina cleared to start

All Blacks fullback Mils Muliaina has been cleared to start tomorrow's rugby test against England at Auckland after passing a fitness test this morning.

Muliaina strained a hamstring on Wednesday and was rested from training yesterday but was deemed fully fit today by medical staff.

Highlanders fullback Paul Williams was drafted into the side as cover but is no longer required.
