CAPE TOWN - Super 12 rugby referee Carl Spannenberg has made an appearance in a Cape Town court charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
32-year-old Spannenberg appeared in the Bellville Magistrate's Court briefly yesterday after being arrested in the suburb of Parow last month.
