Rugby: Massey University beats Japan

Massey University rugby fullback John Guise kicked a penalty in the closing seconds of the game to help his team to beat Japan A 27-24 in Palmerston North. The Japanese led for most of the game and wasted at least five try-scoring opportunities. They also lost to Wairarapa-Bush last weekend and the Massey result shows the tourists will be up against it when they play New Zealand Universities in Hamilton on Saturday.
