But when asked whether the name Ash Taylor was an option, Kearney said "No, I can't say that he is."
Kearney was an assistant coach at the Broncos when Taylor came through the NYC ranks to make his NRL debut at the end of the 2015 season.
Taylor's current contract with the Titans ends after the 2018 season and the Warriors will want to find a Foran replacement straight away. But a number NRL pundits think he's worth chasing.
Taylor has high praise around the league with former Panthers great Mark Geyer telling Martin Devlin that the Warriors should 'throw the bank at Ash Taylor' while Matty Johns said the Broncos will be ruing letting Taylor leave for the Gold Coast.
Talking on the Matty Johns Show last night, host Johns said the Brisbane Broncos made a big mistake letting him leave the club.
"The Brisbane Broncos as a business don't make many bad decisions but I reckon this kid might turn out to be their worst - letting him walk out the door," Johns said.
NRL great Gordon Tallis also couldn't talk highly enough of the Titans player.
"There's no doubt he'll be in their long term plans and maybe captain of the club one day," Tallis added.
