NRL: Ta'ai hit with striking charge

Warriors forward Ukuma Ta'ai has been slapped with a grade two striking charge by the NRL's match review committee.

Ta'ai was placed on report in Saturday's match against the Knights after collecting Newcastle winger James McManus with a swinging arm.

He will miss two matches unless he can successfully contest the charge at the judiciary.

Ben Matulino has been handed a grade one careless high tackle charge but won't miss any matches.
