Warriors five-eighth James Maloney is at a loss to explain his below-par goal kicking performance in their 10-8 loss to the Broncos in Brisbane.
Maloney missed all three attempts during the game, which went right down to the final whistle as the Warriors launched an audacious final play that ended
with the ball going dead from a kick and chase.
He said he didn't know where the poor performance came from, as he was striking them well at training.
"It sort of came out of the blue," he said.
"I was hitting them alright yesterday at practice ... I suppose it's back to the drawing board.
