This means McFadden will have to call for more back up in yet another reshuffle to the Warriors back-line. The now injured Fusitua had been covering for Hurrell at right centre and both are unavailable.
"I'm still undecided about who will take that spot at the moment," said McFadden.
"There's been some guys in good form for our New South Wales Cup team so it's a matter of which one gets picked.
"At the moment it's either Glen Fisiiahi or probably Ken Maumalo but we'll have to wait and see."
Maumalo scored four tries in the NSW cup last weekend and Fisiiahi scored one from fullback as the Warriors beat the Illawara Cutters 24-22 in Wollongong.
The absence of Hoffman and Gubb's lingering injury leaves the Warriors a little short of fully fit bodies in their pack.
Sam Rapira returned to first grade action against the Roosters and McFadden revealed that Sam Lisone has played his way into contention after his "terrific" form in the NSW Cup - with the Warriors now leading the race for the minor premiership.
Lisone made his NRL debut in round one against the Newcastle Knights but McFadden will be waiting to see who's ready to face Manly before deciding his final team.
"Until we find out who plays, we're not going to make those decisions and decide whether we need to reshuffle or not. There's plenty of guys putting their hand up so we'll have to look at that."
