Simon Mannering will get the kind of reception he deserves on Friday night, with a sellout crowd confirmed for the Warriors' clash with the Raiders.
The house full signs have gone up at Mt Smart, with a sellout crowd of 25,600 confirmed more than two days ahead of kick off.
With the last available tickets snapped up early on Wednesday afternoon, the Warriors have sold out two regular season home games for the first time in the same year since the club's debut campaign in 1995.
Outside finals matches, the club had one of the biggest single sales days in its history on the back of the ticket offer which was on sale from midday to midnight on Tuesday to mark veteran Simon Mannering's club record 300th appearance on Friday as well as his 32nd birthday.
Fans were given the chance to set their own price between $5.00 and $50.00 for any ticket in any category to celebrate Mannering's career.
"Sales went crazy when the offer kicked off at midday yesterday. We had a phenomenal response with almost 10,000 tickets sold in a day," said Warriors CEO Cameron George.
"To have two sell outs in a regular season for the first time since 1995 is just fantastic. It ensures we'll have a terrific atmosphere at the ground to celebrate what our team has done this season and to also honour Simon in the best way possible."
Apart from the club's debut season in 1995, the two sell-out crowds of 25,600 are the club's biggest for a regular season NRL match and the first time the ground has been sold out for a non-finals match since the 2007 round 24 encounter with Manly.
