Nine-month-old Jarmas Brayer Tuvae looked delighted to be in the arms of Olympic gold medallist Valerie Adams.
His smile may have also had something to do with seeing Santa.
The baby boy was among patients from Middlemore's Kidz First Children's Hospital who attended their annual Christmas party at Auckland's SkyCity
Convention Centre today.
As well as festive activities, the kids mingled with shot putter Adams and members of the Warriors, including captain Ryan Hoffman and players Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Manu Vatuvei, Bodene Thompson, Jacob Lillyman, Ben Matulino and Simon Mannering.
