Warriors coach Daniel Anderson has a juggling job this week, as injuries keep the team list fluid for Saturday's match against his old club, Parramatta.
Prop Jason Temu aggravated a groin strain yesterday and Mark Tookey, about to return after a long break to repair his knee, will not
be ready to take on the Eels at Ericsson Stadium.
"He's keen, he's running okay but muscle strength tests showed there's still some work to be done," Anderson said.
Wing Francis Meli remains a doubtful but possible starter as he returns from a hamstring strain, but will be okay for the next game against the Broncos on the Gold Coast.
Hooker Jason Death is in a similar position as he waits for the arm gash he suffered in the build-up to the Tigers game to knit.
Anderson admitted it was a test of strength and character as the club tries to regain a playoff spot.
As a holiday special, each adult buying a seat in the south or east stands for the game can take up to four children free. Kick-off is 7.30 pm.
