Hayne is expected to play at five-eighth when he does come on with utility Cameron Cullen and former Parramatta hooker Nathan Peats to share the dummy-half role.
Peats will play after missing Monday's dramatic 18-18 draw with Cronulla due to a hamstring strain.
Already 24,000 tickets have been sold for the match with Cbus Super Stadium having a 27,600 capacity.
