NRL: Ear biter's fate delayed

Wests Tigers forward Jason Schirnack is hoping the league player who chomped on his ear will be suitably punished at the NSW Cup judiciary.

Shirnack has opened up about the horrifying incident which has North Sydney winger Mitchell Stevens facing a year-long ban from the game when he fronts the judiciary next Wednesday night.

Mitchell had been due to front the judiciary last night but the case has been adjourned for a week.
