It's not the first time the mother of nine has been in trouble with the law.
In 2019, she attacked a delivery driver for cutting her off in the drive-through of a Gold Coast McDonald's, leaving him with a fractured cheekbone, a hole in his lip and a deviated nose.
Ms Taufua and two of her children followed their victim into a loading dock where they proceeded to verbally and physically abuse him, calling him a "f***ing dog".
The court heard at the time the driver was punched and kneed to the head while Ms Taufua held him in place.
Haas debuted for the Broncos in 2018 and has played for NSW in the State of Origin as well as representing Australia at an international level.
When Taufua appeared in court in 2019 she faced media outside wearing a blue State of Origin scarf.
"Go the Blues," she told reporters.
