Issac Luke was the star of Round 27 of Fantasy NRL, the first week of finals footy.
Rabbitohs 20 Storm 10 The star: Issac Luke (75pts) - Luke justified his high-ownership rates in our game with a huge playoff performance and even out-shone perennial fantasy star Cameron Smith.
The dud: TohuHarris (22pts) - His production has steadily declined as the season has worn on and can no longer be counted on in fantasy squads for consistent 40+ scores.
Value pick: Jeff Lima (49pts) - Lima pulled off his best fantasy score of the year in the Rabbits' huge win and, for $132k, is a solid bench front rower for the finals.
Sharks 20 Cowboys 18 The star: Gavin Cooper (58pts) - Cooper blitzed his previous-best tackle count in this game by 11 tackles. Unfortunately it wasn't quite enough for his side who dropped out of the title hunt.
The dud: Joel Reithmuller (32pts) - After averaging 47 points over the last six rounds, this was clearly a dud night for Reithmuller owners.
Value pick: Sam Tagataese (40pts) - This was Sam's biggest fantasy day of the year but he's been wildly inconsistent, so I wouldn't be counting on him this weekend for a repeat.
Roosters 4 Sea Eagles 0 The star: Sonny Bill Williams (52pts) - SBW did it all with a season-high in tackles in this defensive arm-wrestle. He will be highly relevant in fantasy squads once the Roosters are back in action.
The dud: James Maloney (25pts) - This was the first time in 2013 that Maloney failed to land a successful shot at goal and his points total reflects that.
Value pick: Sonny Bill Williams (52pts) - You just can't go past him for value in this game. For just $168k you get one of the best fantasy second rowers in our game.
Bulldogs 6 Knights 22 The star: Aiden Tolman (49pts) - Despite losing badly, Bulldogs players dominated the fantasy points in this one and it's shame to see them leave the competition. This was up there with Tolman's best in 2013.
The dud: James McManus (13pts) - McManus illustrates how unpredictable backs are going to be in the finals as the best defensive sides square off.
Value pick: Jeremy Smith (48pts) - Smith has been quietly doing the business for the Knights over the past few months and could be a great option in your second row this coming weekend.
