Northern Union 18 All Golds 25

The All Golds secured a 25-18 win over the Northern Union in today's centenary rugby league international in Warrington.

The All Golds led 15-5 at halftime but fell behind in the second half after the home side scored three consecutive tries through Danny McGuire, Jon Clarke and Kirk Yeaman.

However, with 12 minutes to go the All Golds regained the lead courtesy of a Louis Anderson try and the victory was sealed just minutes from fulltime when centre Clinton Toopi touched down.

The Northern Union opened the scoring in the first half with a try to McGuire before the All Golds took control with two tries to forward Ali Lauiti'iti and one to replacement Greg Eastwood.

Retiring halfback Stacey Jones converted all five tries for the All Golds.

The match was played under the scoring of the 1907 match between the two sides with tries being three points.
