Sam Burgess defied news reports to take the field for his Rabbitohs team and post the biggest fantasy score of the round this past weekend.
Burgess had been nursing a shoulder injury the past two weeks and was listed as 50/50 to play against the Sea Eagles. Instead he playeda full game and posted 75 points.
Other plays of note saw James Segeyaro stay hot with 65 points, as did Jarryd Hayne with 51 while the Bulldogs' Josh Jackson scored 62 points to top all back rowers.
