Canterbury Bulldogs winger Hazem El Masri yesterday signed a new three-year deal believed to be worth A$750,000 ($845,550) with the NRL club, ending weeks of negotiations and speculation.
El Masri, 28, knocked back offers from rival NRL clubs believed to be Souths, the Dragons and Manly, as well as ahuge deal from the French Rugby Union, to remain at the Bulldogs.
The goalkicking winger has played all his first-grade league with the Bulldogs, appearing in 190 matches since 1996 and scoring 1206 points from 93 tries and 417 goals.
