Trainer Gerald Ryan has the distinction of training Myboycharlie's first Australian winner and has the chance to further boost the sire's profile with Our Penny Girl who is entered for Rosehill on Saturday.
Charlie Boy's come-from-behind debut win over the highly-touted Windjammer at Rosehill on Saturday stamped him as one
of the better 2-year-olds produced this season.
Our Penny Girl will run in a barrier trial at Rosehill today, after which Ryan will decide whether she goes to the races this week.
"I'll see how she goes tomorrow before I decide whether she runs on Saturday," Ryan said yesterday.
"Triple Crown Syndications bought her and Charlie Boy and I really like them as types.
