With All Too Hard almost certain to have his first run in Sydney, there was a suggestion the Hawkes' camp may be looking for a new rider, but Dunn isn't letting anyone else jump aboard the son of Casino Prince.
"Dwayne Dunn will be riding him wherever he runs. It is simple as that," Hawkes said. "He knows him. He has ridden the horse before. I am happy to be putting him on again."
All Too Hard had his first trial on Friday, finishing second to Golden Slipper runner-up Snitzerland at Rosehill.
"He did everything right. He went to the line relaxed," Hawkes said. "He has done very well. He has really developed this time around. He was a big baby last time."
The group one Golden Rose (1400m) at Rosehill on September 15 is his immediate aim before a possible trip south for the 1600m Caulfield Guineas on October 13.
