What has the fastest man in world rugby been up to in 2013?

Turns out he's still running really, really fast.

Last year we showed you clips of American sprinter Carlin Isles competing for the USA on the rugby sevens circuit around the world.

And now we're bringing you his best bursts of 2013, as he continues to jet around defenders like they are wearing concrete gumboots, running in quicksand.

The 24-year old is among the top 40 100m sprinters in the United States and holds a personal best of 10.13, which could have seen him qualify for the semi-finals of the London Olympics.

Unfortunately his turbo-heeled performances don't count for points, as his USA side currently sit 11th out of the 21 competing nations in the sevens tournament.
