Swimming:
The New Zealand swim team failed to reach a final on the opening day but will look to make amends with five swimmers taking to the blocks from 10pm. Football:
The Olywhites face a must-win clash against Egypt at 11pm after losing their opening encounter 1-0 to Belarus. They will look to end a goal-scoring drought for New Zealand at the Games which has extended to 270 minutes with the Football Ferns failing to score in their two matches so far.
Tennis:
Marina Erakovic takes on Canada's Aleksandra Wozniak at Wimbledon. Wozniak is ranked 10 places below the kiwi so the New Zealand number one heads into the match as the favourite. Erakovic is expected to take the court after midnight.
