Warriors coach Stephen Kearney has dismissed rumours that captain Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is a doubt for the Anzac Day clash with the Melbourne Storm.
Despite some reports that Tuivasa-Sheck was struggling with a hamstring injury, Kearney insisted the Warriors' talismanic captain is "fine to go" for the Thursday night clash in Melbourne.
"Yesterday was a light run, when it was two-days post our match. He completed training yesterday, and he's fine to go," Kearney told Radio Sport.
"Not unless you know something I don't. Unfortunately that's the distraction of social media where I'm pretty sure that's where it all comes from."
Kearney went on to praise Tuivasa-Sheck, who has been one of the few bright sparks in the Warriors' disappointing season so far.
"Roger provides the team with stuff or moments that other players can't do. But what also Roger recognises is that he needs everyone doing their job for him to do his job.
"What I do know is we don't have a reliance on Roger. He's an important player in our team - there's no doubt about that - but everyone's important.
"Like I said, if they're not doing their role, not doing their job, you know Roger won't get the opportunity that he gets. And that's the way we work our gameplan."
The Warriors will be without David Fusitu'a who picked up a rib injury in their loss to the Cowboys, forcing a move of Gerard Beale from centre to the right wing, with Peta Hiku coming into the centres.
Blake Green – who recovered from a groin injury – returns to the starting lineup alongside rookie Chanel Harris-Tavita in the halves.
The Warriors sit at 10th with two wins and four losses from their first six fixtures to start the season.
