Ryan Fox has chosen Mark Brown as his playing partner for next weeks World Cup of Golf in Melbourne from 22-25 of November.
After Danny Lee withdrew from the event to spend time with his young family and Michael Hendry was unable to commit with his Japan Tour card on the line, this opened the door for one of our most successful golfers in Brown.
The Tauranga professional who has won on the European Tour, Asian Tour, PGA Tour of Australasia and the Jennian Homes Charles Tour will compete in his second World Cup of Golf.
The 43-year-old has been preparing for the summer swing of PGA Tour of Australasia events and is well prepared for next weeks challenge. Brown has played on this stage before and knows what it takes to compete and win at the highest level.
Sir Bob Charles and Walter Godfrey recorded New Zealand's best finish to date in 1967 when they finished second.
