You'll have to be quick if you want accommodation in Auckland next weekend.

Joseph Parker's WBO heavyweight title fight against Andy Ruiz Jnr, has meant hotel beds are limited in availability, and those who haven't yet booked are being told to look to the suburbs.

Hospitality New Zealand's Rachel Shadbolt says there's only a handful of rooms still available in the city, and they're likely to be expensive.

She says by the time the fight comes around there'll be even fewer rooms available, so people should look to the outer parts of Auckland.

Parker's takes on Ruiz at Auckland's Vector Arena next Saturday night.

Ruiz Jr is undefeated in 29 professional fights and has never been knocked out.
