Another frustrating day for Hayden Paddon in Rally Finland.
He remains sixth after again failing to match the speed of the top drivers on the second full day of his favourite WRC event.
Paddon's more than two minutes behind the rally leader, Great Britain's Kris Meeke.
But he's only 20 seconds behind third placed Craig Breen of Ireland and just two and a half seconds behind his Hyundai team-mate Thierry Neuville.
There are just four short stages remaining on the final day.
Meeke strengthened his lead in the Rally, winning four of the eight super-fast forest speed tests.
The Citroen DS3 driver, who held a strong lead after Friday's action, looks set to deny local hope Jari-Matti Latvala a third win on the trot on home soil after another scintillating performance from the Briton.
"Today has been exceptional. Yesterday was one of the best days I've had in a rally car and today has surpassed that. I don't know where I go from here. We have a job to do tomorrow - play it safe and try to bring it home," said Meeke.
