ATHENS, Greece (AP) Viktor Klonaridis scored twice, then left his teammates to fend off Aris' comeback efforts in Panathinaikos' 2-0 away win in the Greek league on Saturday.

Klonaridis scored in the 43rd and 69th minutes but was dismissed with a second yellow card in the 77th for fighting with an opponent.

Ten minutes of injury time were added because of a serious injury in the 55th to Panathinaikos' Nikos Marinakis, who collided with an Aris defender as they challenged for a header in Aris' area. Marinakis was carried unconscious to a hospital, but has since regained consciousness.
