Some might say Sonny Bill Williams' styled black hair is his crowning glory - after his abs - but the All Black says he'll shave it all off if he doesn't raise $2000 for cancer.
In fact, the whole Chiefs team have pledged to rock a shining dome look forthe cause.
Williams baldly announced his and the team's intentions on Twitter this week to help raise funds for the Shave for a Cure charity.
"Help me out tweeps need to raise 2k to save me hair do trust me u dont wanna see me with a number 1."
The All Black then lured his fans to donate by promising to follow them on Twitter if they gave more than $10.
Meanwhile, Jerome Kaino, who shaved his head two weeks ago for Child Cancer, will become an official ambassador for the Child Cancer Appeal Month.
His new role will be announced today, just a day after he had surgery on his shoulder to repair an injury which may keep him out for entire season.
Kaino has a personal connection to the foundation after losing his nephew Ezra Sitagata to cancer. The 7-year-old died in September 2010 from a brain tumour.
The foundation said it was grateful and impressed by Kaino's generosity, particularly at a difficult time in his playing career.
On Sunday he will also take part in Round the Bays for the foundation.
