The Northern Mystics have signed former Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic defender Jodi Tod-Elliott.
Tod-Elliott, who was with the Magic since the ANZ Championship began in 2008, is linking up with former team mates Laura Langman and Nadia Loveday in a new-look Mystics side.
With senior Mystics defender Kayla Cullen having an ACL injury, Tod-Elliott could have an important part to play.
"With four years ANZ championship under her belt, Jodi has a high work ethic and skill level and she also understands the nature of competing at that high level week in and out," Mystics head coach Debbie Fuller said.
