Hockey: Kiwi men beaten in Germany

England scored in the dying minutes to beat the New Zealand men's hockey team 3-2 in a World Cup warm up match in Munchengladbach, Germany today.

England scored two goals in the first 15 minutes, taking the halftime score to 2-nil.

The Black Sticks struck back in the second half with two goals from Phil Burrows, before England took the game.

New Zealand plays Korea at midnight tonight in their final warm up match before the World Cup begins next week.
