The Black Sticks have left it late to come away with a 2-2 draw in the sixth and final hockey test against Argentina in Mar del Plata.
New Zealand trailed 2-0 with five minutes to play, before Stacey Michelsen and Kayla Whitelock found the back of the net to level
the scores.
The six-game series is drawn 2-2.
Coach Mark Hager says being up against it probably worked in their favour.
"We made a poor start to the game and were a bit apprehensive, but the way we fought back was pleasing," he said.
