In the women's final, Midlands claimed the championship with a hard fought 2-1 win over North Harbour in a game locked up 0-0 at halftime.
Amy Robinson scored the opening goal for Midlands in the 42nd minute before North Harbour's Samantha Polovnikoff equalised six minutes later.
Tori Robinson then delivered the winning field goal for the girls in orange eight minutes out from fulltime.
Harbour's Stephanie Dickins won the Women's Most Valuable Player of the tournament award while Auckland's Su Arn Kwek was top goal scorer on eight.
Auckland took out the bronze medal with a 3-2 result against Central with goals from Nicola McDonnell, Lulu Tuilotolava and Madison Doar.
