Golf: Top 10 finish for Geary

Kiwi golfer Josh Geary has finished in the top 10 at the Nationwide Tour's Rex Hospital Open.

Geary's fired a final round three under par 68 to finish at 11 under for the tournament.

He finished tied for eighth, three shots behind winner, America's Kyle Thompson.

Fellow Kiwi Tim Wilkinson has finished a shot further back in a tie for 11th after a final round four under 67.

Meanwhile England's Robert Rock has won the European Tour's Italian Open in Turin.

Rock has carded a final round five under 67 to finish a shot clear of the field.
