Adam Scott and John Senden are ready to give it their all on the final day in search of their maiden major at the US PGA Championship.
But they're not alone at Atlanta Athletic Club as 10 of the top 12 players after the third round have yet to tastemajor glory, including the top seven.
Scott and Senden finished round three at two-under 208 for the championship after even par (70) and two-over (72) rounds respectively.
It leaves them five adrift of American rookie Brendan Steele and countryman Jason Dufner who finished at seven-under 203 to lead by one from another rookie in Keegan Bradley.
Steele and Bradley tasted their maiden PGA Tour wins this year but are playing in their very first major, aiming to be the first player to win a major on debut since Ben Curtis won the British Open in 2003.
With ground to make up Scott and Senden expect to come out of the blocks swinging on the final day, hoping a low score will pressure the leaders into errors.
The Queensland duo are paired together and will look to push each other to their peak.
"There is no reason for me to be defensive at all tomorrow," Scott said.
"I need to get myself in it with nine to go so I don't have to do too much on the back nine. I'm going to probably need to get the front nine in at least three under so I'll have to play aggressive.
"But I've got no pressure on me tomorrow, I just have to go out and go for it because I've got nothing to lose. I'm here to win and win only, and if I finish second or 10th or 50th it doesn't really matter.
"I'd like to give myself a great chance to win."
The finishing four holes on the famed course have played well over par all week with many experts expecting further carnage today.
