There are eight tournaments left on tour this season, although Lee and Wilkinson won't have starts in all of them but providing they can continue their solid form they should hold on to their cards for next year.
Another Kiwi who is likely to join them on the PGA Tour for the 2014-2015 season is Hamilton's Steven Alker, who finished in a share of 24th at the Midwest Classic in Kansas on the second-tier Web.com Tour.
Alker, who carded a two-over 73 in his final round today, finished the week at eight-under, 11 strokes back from winner Zack Sucher (-19).
The Phoenix-based Alker went in to the tournament in ninth place on the Web.com Tour's order of merit, with the top 25 players at season's end earning a PGA Tour card for next year and the 42-year-old should hold his place within the top 10.
There are eight tournaments left on the Web.com Tour's season, four regular tournaments and four finals events. The first batch of 25 PGA Tour cards will be awarded at the end of the regular season with another 25 up for grabs based on performances in the finals series.
Alker should grab his card before the finals but a solid performance during the finals series would improve his priority ranking for next year on the PGA Tour, which determines his ability to get starts early in the season.
Meanwhile, at The Senior Open Championship at the Royal Porthcawl Golf Club in Wales, Kiwi Greg Turner fired a horror 13-over 84 during his final round as he plummeted down the leaderboard to finish in a tie for 64th at 14-over for the week.
German Bernhard Langer won the tournament in record-setting fashion as he finished at -18, 13 shots ahead of Scotland's Colin Montgomerie (-5) who claimed second place.
