Golf: Nicklaus nears end

Jack Nicklaus has confirmed that July's British Open at St Andrews will be not just his last major but also his last tournament event.

"I realised I was no longer competitive after shooting rounds of 77 and 76 in this year's Masters," said the man many still see as the greatest champion of them all.

Nicklaus has won 103 tournaments around the world.
