Golf: Goosen for Perth

Two-time US Open champion Retief Goosen has joined the strong field committed to play the A$1.25 million ($1.35 million) Johnnie Walker Classic golf tournament at The Vines in Perth in February.

World No 4 Goosen won the Classic in 2002. Past winners Ian Woosnam, Adam Scott, Michael Campbell and Nick Faldo will also line up for the event, while Ryder Cup stars Colin Montgomerie, Thomas Bjorn, Paul Casey and Ian Poulter are also playing.
