Golf: Golfers take aim

Ninety golfers will jostle for 10 available places at Millbrook near Queenstown tomorrow for a place in the New Zealand Open starting on Thursday.

Among them are two of New Zealand's most promising young professionals, Josh Geary and Mark Purser.

Thirty players who progressed from the first qualifying stage will join 60 players who had exemptions to the final qualifying stage over 18 holes at Millbrook, across the road from the Open venue, The Hills.
