Masterton amateur Ben Campbell has bowed out in round one of the 117th British Amateur Championship at Royal Troon after he was beaten at the 20th hole by American Tyler Raber.
Campbell, who is ranked 152 in the world and was the only Kiwi to progress to the matchplay stages
