Golf: Cambo tops the list

New Zealander Michael Campbell will be the highest-ranked golfer in the field for the Malaysian Open, starting in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow.

World No 29 Campbell has accepted an undisclosed appearance sum to join the likes of former event champions Lee Westwood of England and Northern Ireland's Darren Clarke.

He will also play the Accenture matchplay championship in Arizona this month in his buildup to the US Masters at Augusta on April 5.
