Garvey and Alvarez play alongside Brooke Henderson

New Zealands exciting young Amateurs Amelia Garvey and Julianne Alvarez happened to be in the right place, at the right time when Brooke Henderson asked if they would like to play alongside her.

As the two arrived at the course they were star-struck to see world number 12 and former PGA Champion in the flesh and to then join her for nine holes was a unique experience.

Garveys excitement was hard to hide as her smile continued for the entire front nine at Windross Farm Golf Club.

"It was an amazing experience that I wont forget, I dont think she hit a single bad shot either," said Garvey.

"This is what I want to be doing for a career so to see how one of the worlds best golfers goes about her game is priceless."
