A giant alligator was spotted prowling around a golf course in South Carolina.
Shocked golfers stopped their game as the 12ft reptile snuck onto the green.
The gator was filmed taking a casual stroll past a family of deer at the Ocean Creek Golf Course on Fripp Island Resort in
South Carolina.
The clip was shared on Facebook where it has been watched more than 1.1 million times.
"What a beautiful shot with the deer in the background," one commenter wrote. "Gator looks well fed but on what?"
