Soccer: Knights win in Brisbane

The New Zealand Knights continued their build-up for the inaugural Australian A League competition with a 2-0 win over a Brisbane selection last night.

Josh McGuire scored both of the visitors goals to record the Knights' first win of their pre-season tour after losing to the Central Coast Mariners on Sunday.

The Knights end their Australia tour against Sydney FC on Saturday and kick-off their A League campaign against the Queensland Roar on August 28.
