Bayern Munich goalie Sven Ulreich had an absolute shocker to gift Real Madrid a second goal in their 2-2 second leg win which booked a spot in the Champions League final with the Spanish side advancing 4-3 on aggregate.
Ulreich madethe huge error just seconds into the second half with the scores locked at 1-1.
Bayern defender Corentin Tolisso attempted a pass back to Ulreich. The goalie looked to slide down and take the ball with his hands before realising he couldn't. A late kick attempt saw him create a gap for the ball to slide straight under his body.
Real attacker Karim Benzema quickly chased down the ball and tapped it into an empty net for a simple goal.
Bayern struck back in the 63rd minute through James Rodriguez to make it 4-3 on aggregate but the German club couldn't find what would have been a winner in the closing stages.
Real Madrid will face either Liverpool or Roma in the final.
