VIDEO: Footballer's unfortunate clash with goalpost

There aren't many words that can describe the level of pain this football player must be going through.

Yesterday afternoon, FC Puerto Rico played Miami in the NASL.

When Miami scored its second goal the crowd and announcers went wild, all the while missing what happened to the poor, sliding Puerto Rico defender.

Sliding is dangerous, especially when you're going back to your own goal, but it's even worse when your headed straight for the posts.
