Valencia will loan Adil Rami to Milan in January

VALENCIA, Spain (AP) Valencia says it has agreed to loan France defender Adil Rami to AC Milan during the January transfer window.

Valencia says the loan deal will be for the rest of this season and will include an option for Milan to buy the player.

Valencia has given Rami permission to train with Milan until the opening of the transfer window.

Rami has not played for Valencia since insulting its coach and players in a radio interview last month.
